Bulletdodge welcome on board German producer Till Kruger who delivers an excellent E.P. entitled 0001A featuring remixes from Vince Watson, Greg Gow, Secret Cinema and Lee J Malcolm. First up is 0001A, which portreys clear percussion at its finest, with carefully placed dubby stabs and a nice grooving bass line to make this a dancefloor mover. We have 3 superb remixes of 0001A, firstly is Techno Stalwart Vince Watson who provides a piece nothing short of brilliance. Watson gives a melodic techno twist with sparkling pad sounds and a solid percussive arrangement creating an anthemic masterpiece. Next we have a remix from Greg Gow, which is an excellent tech house piece of craftsmanship, that conveys a more pumping rendition of the original yet still conveys a stellar production. Last up on remix duties for 0001 A is Lee J Malcolm a flavoursome piece of electronica with nice analogue sounding elements and a catchy warped synth. Next track on the E.P. is Till’s Stomach Stories, a track centred around a sinister synth pattern, trippy atmospheric noises and an infectious landscape of effects. Lastly, we have producer extraodinaire Secret Cinema remixing Stomach Stories. This remix is a fine example of contemporary minimal techno, building a steady groove with a driving bass line and increasing the intensity with clever stripped back percussion and interesting fx.
